Great app, less great payment scheme

The app itself is a very useful health logger with a nice design and good graphs. Good to take to your doc for an informed discussion. The way they implement payment with in app two purchase options is clunky and a bit annoying. Id rather have one or just buy the app outright. Wifi scale integration would be a good addition.
